  • The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

How We Use Your Information

The Service Provider uses user data to:

• Enhance app features and improve activities (such as art creation, poem formation, and memory albums).
• Analyze usage to improve user experience and optimize app performance.
• Provide technical support and respond to user inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Terms of Use and applicable laws.

Third-Party Access and Sharing of Information

The Service Provider shares personal and sensitive user data only in limited cases as described below:

• With Service Providers: Trusted third-party partners who assist with app functionality, analytics, and technical support. These providers adhere to strict data protection requirements and do not have independent rights to use your information.
• For Legal Requirements: User data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect user safety, the Service Provider’s rights, or to address suspected fraud or other legal requests.

The Service Provider retains personal and sensitive user data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward to support operations and comply with legal requirements. If you would like to request the deletion of user-provided data, please contact info@1gen.io, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service Provider offers options for users to delete personal information collected via the Application. Users may contact us directly to request the deletion of their data, and we will take prompt action to remove personal data from our records, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal and sensitive user data from unauthorized access or misuse. However, please note that no system can guarantee absolute security of data transmitted electronically.

Opt-Out Rights

Users can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. The standard uninstall process available on mobile devices or via the app marketplace can be used to remove the Application.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. The Application is intended to provide educational content in compliance with child privacy laws. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, such data will be promptly deleted.
